ECT5 Technologies Ltd, a subsidiary of DOZ Technologies inc., was created in 1996 with the mission of marketing industrial effluent waste recovery (metal) and treatment systems based on electrochemical and biological processes. The multidisciplinary team develops and markets these equipments for metallurgical, mining and forest industries.

DOZ Technologies inc., founded in 1987, is a consulting firm in environment and mineral exploration. Also, the company develops technologies related to the natural resources sector (Forestry, Mineral exploration and Environment).

Currently, ECT5 Technologies Ltd markets an industrial effluent system :

• An equipment that entirely automates recovery of metals from base metals mining effluents. The profitable recovery is extended to lower concentrations previously unattainable with standard technologies. The economics depend on the effluent chemical composition, the metal extracted and the local power cost, which is the main input of the reactor. This electrochemical reactor operating at high velocity makes it possible, according to metals present and their concentrations, to refund the operation and acquisition costs.
